You Like Beef?

Now ladies and gentleman, you know we here at LATC are always up for supporting a good cause, which is why we’d like to refer you Jordy Stern’s campus notice circa March 9, 2010. In that post, you will find an expose on the reasons to support local grass fed beef. Having just watched Food Inc. myself— while eating some locally grown Taco Bell I might add— we can’t help but think this man’s vision has hit Lex at the right time. Thank you Jordy for your forward thinking— yes we here at LATC do like beef and will be taking down some locally grown steak here in the near future.
